bids are invited for labour for replacing with foolowing items / parts for assembling, comprehnsive maintenanc, cleanig of air filter, fuel filter etc and testing by offr-in-charge of vehicle alongwith required tool, testing machine and other equipments complete for the following :- note :- labour for items no 1 ( a ) to ( k ) deemed to be included in the quoted rate., ( a ) supply only for replacement of air filter complete -01 each. ( b ) supply only cabin back slide glass - 01 each. ( c ) supply only wiper blade -02 each. ( d ) supply only glass regulating mechanism left side window glass - 01 each. ( e ) supply only control knob for wiper -01 each. ( f ) supply only tail lamp assembly right side -01 each. ( g ) supply only main air hose connection -01 each. ( h ) supply only for top up of engine oil complete -02 ltrs. ( j ) supply only rubber mud flap ( rear side ) -01 set. ( k ) wheel balancing and alignment -01 job. ( l ) m&l for washing, cleaning the oily surface, dusting / vaccum cleaning the internal body of vehicle -01 job. ( m ) checking the water pump drive belt tension and wear / tear its adjusment for smooth workig -01 job. ( n ) lubricant of moveable parts i.e.king pin, steering shaft & linkage, leaf spring pins etc. - 01 job ( o ) checking the electrical wiring system, tightening the loose electrical wiring system using suitable thimbles and connectors and fixing neatly to avoid any short circuit complete -01 job. ( p ) checking, inspecting the clutch pedal play, manual transmission system operation, oil level, adjusting the play / clearance complete - 01 job ( q ) checking the fuel pump timing, valves clearance and adjust for smooth & efficient working of vehicle - 01 job
