( including all material, t&p, labour cess etc. but excluding g.s.t. ) 3 providing, laying and rolling of open-gradedpremix surfacingof 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen the required line grade and level to serve aswearing course on a previously prepared base. including mixing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level andgrade as per technical specification clause 508 of mord specification. ( including all material, t&p, labour cess etc. but excluding g.s.t. ) 4 providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type c, as per technical specification clause 510 of mord specification ( including all material, t&p, labour cess etc. but excluding g.s.t. )
