supply and repair of materials for patch repair work in sh-mdr-odr and vr roads under block jaitpur package-1 providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405. (a) by manual means 2 providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at omc in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 3 providing and applying tack coat with bitumen vg-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(including cost of bitumin) 4 providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per morth specification clause no. 507 complete in all respects (including cost of bitumin) 5 repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface, prividing tack coat, 20mm thick premix carpet and seal coat type c as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 1904.2 503 and 508.1.(including cost of bitumin)
