tender for repair of nh-31 (unnao-lalganj section) gram nihastha khas from ch. 58.800 to 59.550 and nh-31 (lalganj) ch 62.350 to 67.650 in distt. raebareli, 1 providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (excluding gst,bitumen and machinery) (labour only). 2 providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premix with bituminou binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, lever and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per morth specification clause no. 507 complete in all respects. (excluding gst,bitumen and machinery but including grit & labour).
