( hiring for the whole period of fair and for pre fair and post fair works complete ) payment to wbsedcl is considered as rs30, 000 / - only. agency will get the payment of rs 1, 29, 000 / -. portion of wbsedcl will be as per actual payment made to wbsedcl. 2 p.a. system supplying fitting and fixing on hire for the whole period of fair adequate capacity of pa system set for stage programme, announcing in and around the ground including all necessary arrangement of microphones ( with chord or chordless ) , stands, operators complete as per direction. 3 supplying on hire large tv ( preferably 55 inch ) including fitting fixing complete ( for the whole period of fair ) 4 supplying on hire basis pedestral fan with proper fitting & fixing 5 supplying drinking water tank arrange from municiplity capacity 500 galon 6 supplying & fixing on hire basis cc tv camera with proper connection with 1 no monitor for display fixing in office room of the fair with total recording system. for 5 days 7 supplying & fixing on hire basis fire extinguisher minimum 6 kg cpacity of any reputed brand.... 8 hire charges for decoration with flower pot & tree of the mela ground 9 hire charges for decoration & beautification with verious type of flag at fair ground 10 hire charges for decorative lazer light including fitting & fixing and maintaince. 11 hire charges for decorative fountain light including fitting & fixing and operation and maintaince for whole mela duration. 12 sf and fon hire flex displays framed including printing of given matters complete as directed. ( not applicable to flex mentioned in other items where cost of flex is inclusive ) .
