(including all material, t&p, labour cess etc. but excluding g.s.t.) 4 providing, laying and rolling of open-gradedpremix surfacingof 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen the required line grade and level to serve aswearing course on a previously prepared base. including mixing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level andgrade as per technical specification clause 508 of mord specification. (including all material, t&p, labour cess etc. but excluding g.s.t.) 5 providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type c, as per technical specification clause 510 of mord specification(including all material, t&p, labour cess etc. but excluding g.s.t.) 6 construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 303.1..(including all material, t&p, labour cess etc. but excluding g.s.t.)
