tender for supply of fire hose pipe and nozzle for ash handling plant of 2x660mw units, ctps, obra, sonebhadra , high pressure flexible rubber fire hose pipe technical specification as under: 1. hose pipe dia: 63mm, type-b, length: 30 mtrs (standard length) 2. hose shall be as per bis-636-1988(reaffimed-2003) 3. hose shall be non-percolating and flexible 4. it shall be made up of 100% polyester, circular woven jacketed. 5. it shall have special quality epdm (ethylene propylene diane monomer) rubber as internal lining to withstand heat and polluted water. 6. it shall be external coating of red synthetic electrometric for providing protection against moisture, mildew, fungus and with oil. 7. it shall be heat and abrasion resistance. 8. test pressure: 21.4 kgf/cm2. 9. burst pressure: 35.7 kgf/cm2. 10. coil diameter should not exceed 500mm. 11. m mass in gram/mtrs should not exceed 500. 12. pipe should be fitted with gun metal, instantaneous male and female coupling at the ends. 13. coupling should be as per isi 803isimarked. 14. hose should be fitted with coupling by 16 swg copper. test- all test will be as per is: 636-1988/2003 , nozzle for fire hose pipe, size: 2½ inch, material: gun metal
