bids are invited for custom bid for services - jg24mlt122 mechanical agency for hguiv and dhdtii mi and ibr shutdown jobs at gujarat refinery, 24 ( twenty four ) months from work order issue date. however time schedule for shutdown of individual unit is given as under: part a: hgu-iv m&i & ibr shutdown jobs a ) pre-shutdown jobs such as mobilization / gate-pass preparation / medical check-up / pre-fabrication etc.: 15 days b ) shutdown days: 30 days ( 3 days for shutting down, 14 engineering days, 13 days start-up & commissioning ) . manpower assistance will be required during start-up & commissioning period. c ) post-shutdown jobs such as demobilization, site clearing, billing documentation & other close-out formalities: 30 days the hgu-iv m&i & ibr shutdown is planned along with the flare shutdown and the hgu-iv unit will be in shutdown for total 30 days ( including shutting down and start up & commissioning ) . hence manpower & resource requirement for assistance after engineering days will be required, contractor to arrange for required manpower & resources during that period as per instruction of e-i-c. part b: dhdt-ii m&i & ibr shutdown jobs a ) pre-shutdown jobs such as mobilization / gate-pass preparation / medical check-up / pre-fabrication etc.: 15 days b ) shutdown days: 30 days ( 4 days for shutting down, 16 engineering days, 10 days start-up & commissioning ) . manpower assistance will be required for start-up & commissioning period. c ) post-shutdown jobs such as demobilization, site clearing, billing documentation & other close-out formalities: 30 days the dhdt-ii m&i & ibr shutdown is planned along with the flare shutdown and the dhdt-ii unit will be in shutdown for total 30 days ( including shutting down and start up & commissioning ) . hence manpower & resource requirement for assistance after engineering days will be required, contractor to arrange for required manpower & resources during that period as per instruction of e-i-c. for the purpose of applying price reduction for delay in completion, the contractual completion period shall be only the engineering days mentioned above, which shall be reckoned from the date of handover of site / s by eic to the contractor total quantity :
