corrigendum - running / operation of souvenir / gift corner at ff at vitm running of souvenir / gift corner at ff in vitm bangalore , tender for running / operating souvenir / gift corner on leave and licence basis at first floor in visvesvarya industrial & technological museum , kasturba road , bangalore - 560001 , i / we hereby offer to pay to the museum a non-refundable license fee for operating souvenir / gift corner on leave and licence basis at first floor in earmarked area in the museum as per the terms and conditions laid down in the nit made for this purpose ( the figure given in column 6 is the current annual licence fee excluding gst ) . please quote the non-refundable annual license fee in column no . 13 and applicable gst in column no 15 in highlighted areas . , i / we hereby agree to increase the annual licence fee by___% ( ** ) every year , if the leave and licence agreement for operating the souvenir / gift corner is renewed as per the terms and conditions stipulated in the nit . ( ** ) please indicate the percentage of increase of non-refundable annual licence fee every year in column no . 06 in the highlighted area , subject to minimum of 5% . we have read , understood and accepted all the terms and conditions as stipulated in the notice inviting tender for running / operating souvenir / gift corner on leave and licence basis at first floor in vitm , bangalore . i / we hereby agree to pay the electricity charges , separately , fixed by the authorities of the museum as per clause 3 of terms & conditions of nit and also pay 10% of the annual licence fee towards security deposit as per clause 31 of terms and conditions of nit for due and complete performance of the provision of the terms and conditions laid down thereof .
