( size = 48 x 25 x 1 ) , kitchen room basin structure is damaged to be repaired, 10 nos. reading table in crew cabin is to be fixed in existing place, 04 nos. bathroom cabinet mirror is to be renewed as per sample ( size- 12 x 8 ) and 5 nos.cabin door lock , 20 nos almirah lock is damaged same is to be repaired as per diirecction of eic. 17 labour charges 18 cost of spares on actual plus 10% basis. 19 fire hydrant valve with fire hose, nozzles etc are to be serviced & supply 1 no.reputed and made in india, fire hose ( 63 mm dia x 15 mtrs length ) with male and female coupling fitted ( 01 in nos ) and nozzle of brass metal ( 01 no. ) as required as per direction of eic. 20 labour charges 21 cost of spares on actual plus 10% basis. 22 rotary pump ( hand pump ) is not working, same is to be serviced. 23 labour charges 24 cost of spares on actual plus 10% basis. 25 sewage tank with line is to be checked, cleaned & repaired properly. 26 labour charges 27 cost of spares on actual plus 10% basis. 28 all pump & motors ( 5 nos. ) are to be overhauled, repaired varnished is to be done. 29 labour charges 30 cost of spares on actual plus 10% basis. 31 entire mat cover for floor of accomodation rooms, dinning room perished and damaged same to be renewedand levelled with cementing work and laying of mat is to be done as required as per direction of surveyor / eic including labour & materials. 32 port and stbd railing on deck & roof to be straighten, faired, welded and secured with nuts and bolts & painted as required as per direction of eic. 33 supply and installation of reputed make 02 nos.air condtioner ( 0.75 toncapacity ) with all type of fitment in officer mess room & officer cabin as required as per direction of eic including labour & materials 34 supply and installation of reputed make 01 nos. led tv ( 32 ) as required as per direction of eic including labour & materials 35 installation of 2000 w solar power unit with solar panel, batteries and other applicable accessories with output to vessels apparatus as required as per direction of eic inncluding labour& materials 36 kitchen wall plane sheet is damaged, same is tobe dismantled andrenewed by new plane sheet and wall tiles is damaged same is to be renewed as per sample as per direction of eic. 37 supply and fitting of good quality door & window curtain for ( cloth / cotton ) of size ( window dimensions-5.2ft x 2.5 ft ) & ( window dimensions-2.5ft x 2.5 ft ) including labour and materials like hanging rod & hook etc charges as required as per direction of eic. door ( 5 nos. ) & window ( 10 nos. ) 38 shoreconnection panelbox is damaged same is to be renewed by new one as requiredas per direction of eic
