bids are invited for custom bid for services - outsourcing of tnc activity in control office bza is proposed on outcome basis for the activities at fois cois and ltm seats - detailed scope of the work at the locations viz; fois, cois& ltm for outsourcing of tnc activity in control office to work under chief controller, sr.dom office/bza on outcome basis. *** outsourcing of tnc activity in control office/ bza is proposed on outcome basis for the activities at fois, cois and ltm seats. the workload at these locations was quantified to formulate on unit-basis. activities like (i) updating of fois data, power interceptions, stabling, movements in fois seat, (ii) formation & ensuring correct coach numbers, preparation & posting asset failure messages, downloading & forwarding of e-mails, rail madad complaints in cois, (iii) updating of cancellations, short terminations, loss of punctuality, ltm preparations, obtaining ltm messages over phone in ltm seat have been quantified unit wise, basing on average time taken for each activity. detailed quantified work load @ fois, cois and ltm seats is given below. 1.fois(freight operations information system): brief description of work: he/she should work under the control of chief controller, control office/bza. following activities are to be performed in fois seat.  the work involves continuous updating of fois data with coa charting taken from all 6 control boards.  update movement of all goods trains at compulsory reporting stations ie., slo, rjy, ndd, gala, ryp, ki, tpak, bza, kcc,tel,tsr, upd, bttr, vkt, kmlp, gdr and kapt and at all interchange points ie., dvd, ki, kcc, tel & gdr.  update power interceptions of all goods trains over the division. engineering allowances should also be fed in web reports by him/her.  stabling of trains, tallying of piecemeal, stock holding for bulletins should also be done. working pattern and work load is observed through a study at all the four locations and average figures have been arrived for finalization of unit based payment to the service provider, fois data updation: updating fois data of 6 control boards with coa charting and compulsory reporting at 17 stations. updating of power interceptions, stabling, clearance of stabled stock, piece meal stock, feeding of engineering allowances n web reports. total quantity :
