tender for operation and maintenance of pumping machineries under coverage of budge budge-i block rural from the mega surface water supply project of falta-mathurapur piped water supply scheme under south 24pgs. mechanical division, phe dte, 1 operation and guarding of 4 nos centrifugal pumping machinery (125 kw- high lift pump) and l.t. control panel and distribution panel, mcc/ panel / starter. electrical gadgets and lighting arrangement of the pumping station by engaging skilled and semi-skilled personnels for as and when required as per direction on the site condition demand including operation of 250mm dia and 300 mm dia. butterfly valve (4+1) at individual delivery and common header of high lift pumping machinery for maintaining water supply towards budge-i block from 01-08-2024 to 31-07-2025 2 periodical inspection by licensed electrician & supervisor along with pump technician, helper, for checking 2 nos pdb panel, 1 no mcc panel for 125 kw motor 4 nos butterfly valves on individual delivery and 1 no butterfly valve on common manifold along with illumination system & all other mechanical installation e.g. flow meter (clear water) to keep the system in healthy condition. 3 day to day maintenance for upkeepment of all electrical & mechanical installation as and when required by providing all necessary incidental charges required to execute maintenance as well as guarding work. 4 n.b:- quoted rate should be inclusive of esi, pf as per latest amendment and also comply with the notification no.- 17/stat/12rw/03/2023/lcs/jlc dt 19-06-2024 of the office the labour commissioner, govt of w.b. 5 add gst @ 18%
