bids are invited for repairs to vehicle m&l for periodic annual servicing, oiling, greasing & routine maintenance of tata 407 vehicle thoroughly and making the vehicle in serviceable condition by carrying out following repair / replacement work complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. repair of brake checking & repairing ( front & rear ) including replacement of 01 no. servo assembly, 01 no. master cylinder assembly, 01 ltr. of brake oil complete including testing. repair of steering including replacement of 01 set of steering yoke latch complete including testing. repair of propeller shaft including replacement of 02 no. steering cross, 01 no. p.s centre bearing complete including testing. repair of glass lifting system including replacement of 01 no. glass machine ( right ) , 02 no. glass handle and complete including testing. repair of tyre hub assembly complete including testing. repair of front both sides wheel bearing greasing including replacement of 02 no. wheel oil seal, 01 kg of grease, 02 no. of wheel cylinder assembly and complete including testing. repair of suspension front both side and complete including testing. repairing of hood and switching complete repairing of door lock assembly incl replacement of lock - 01 nos repairing of back indicator light assembly including replacement of 02 nos light fitting, bulb etc servo assembly will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. master cylinder assembly will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. brake oil will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. steering yoke latch will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. steering cross will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. p.s centre bearing will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. glass machine ( right ) will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. glass handle will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. wheel oil seal will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. grease will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. wheel cylinder assembly will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. suspension rubber bush will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. door lock will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. indicator light will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. mobil filter will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. air filter will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. engine oil will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. diesel filter will be replaced by new one of similar make, size, model as per existing one. total quantity : 39
