bids are invited for custom bid for services - tea , custom bid for services - coffee , custom bid for services - tea cofee with cookies, this tender is floated for serving tea, coffee and cookies to hpcl employees and representative at hpcl gorakhpur rro. hpcls scope of supply: tea trolley, flasks, teapots, crockery , cutlery etc. shall be provided by hpcl along with vending machine. vendors scope of supply: vendor will provide raw material for tea/coffee, and vending machine. tea/coffee shall be served twice daily to each employee of hpcl. extra tea/coffee required to be served on request basis and contractor shall maintain record of each cups of tea/coffee served to employee and their visitors. in case of meetings, conference etc organized in office premises arrangement of tea/ coffee shall be made separately. the canteen service person shall place hpcl provided dishes, cutlery, drinking water in dining room during lunch hour and shall duly clean the dishes /crockery and dining table. the crockery is to be washed and cleanly wiped off immediately. person preparing and person serving tea should be in uniform (dress will be advised by hpcl) and shall maintain personal hygiene. item 1:tea supply of tea made with high quality of branded tea leaf, sugar, milk etc. raw material of tea will be supplied by vendor. item 2: coffee supply of coffee made with high quality of branded coffee, sugar, milk etc. raw material of tea/coffee will be supplied by vendor. item 3: tea/coffee with cookies vender has to serve tee/coffee with cookies. tea and coffee will be made with high quality of branded coffee/tea leaf, sugar, milk etc. raw material of tea/coffee will be supplied by vender. good quality of cookies will be served by vender. total quantity :
