bids are invited for operation and maintenance of electro-mechanical installations - complete system - 1) operation and maintenances of electrical & mechanical installations at substation, terminal building, atc tower cum administrative block, other office blocks, nav aid buildings and all other ancillary buildings not specially mentioned. 2) operation and maintenance of aerodrome ground lighting system, apron flood lighting system and all other e &m installation in operational area of the airport ( i.e. air side area) and city side area. 3) operation & maintenance of water supply system. 4) maintenance of spol (solar powered obstruction lights) installed on hilltops around kadapa airport, as given below. i) polathala hill ii) machupalli hill iii) kazipet hill iv) kailasagiri hill the scope shall includes performing necessary coordination with local state forest department, deploying necessary labour required for clearing vegetation inside the premises of spol installation and also in the pathway to enable movement of maintenance team and, servicing the installation, attending breakdown if any including, replacement of defective components / devices, corrections, reinstallation, repair, replacement, modification, device configuration etc. complete as and when required, in coordination with specialized agency / oem / manufacturer wherever required, and maintenance of records of activities. 5) any other works mentioned elsewhere in the bid /atc document, including boq/soq. total quantity :
