bids are invited for annual maintenance contractor for electronic lorry weighbridges service and annual maintenance of 17 nos. elwbs located at central warehouses in tamil nadu detailed at annexure-i. the successful bidder shall maintain elwb in trouble free condition without any variation in weighment and avoid any penalty from the department of legal metrology. the elwb shall be ready for inspection by the authorities at any time. the successful bidder shall arrange quarterly servicing and maintenance once in three months in a year. the successful bidder shall attend to all emergency calls for rectification of defect reported by respective warehouse managers, within 48 hrs to avoid weighment on outside elwb in addition to quarterly service. the successful bidder shall be capable of replacing any spares, damaged part of elwb. the successful bidder shall arrange inspection of elwb which are due for annual stamping, painting of platform, border frame annually before stamping. the successful bidder will have to integrate elwbs with depot online system (dos) and warehouse management solutions (wms) withoutcharging any additional fees total quantity : 17
