bids are invited for custom bid for services - repair and replacement of spare parts of vehicle ba no 18c107464l tata xenon - taking the veh form mt yard of this office to civil work shop for the job following repair/maintanance for the same and back to mt yard after repair cleaning all oily and greasy surface including interior and exterior of the vehicle dismantling of unserviceable indicator light set, and back light set from the vehicle servicing and washing entire vehicle and removing all dust and mud thoroughly by along with wiring complete all as specified and directed& replacement of items mentioned below- (a) s&f of indicator light complete all as specified and directed. make-lumax (b) s&f of back light set complete all as specified and directed. make- lumax taking down old unsv fuel tank and s&f fuel tank capacity of capacity 50/60 itr made of mild steel complete all as specified and directed by engr- in charge. prepping the vehicle for paint including cleaning, priming, polishing and spray painting of complete vehicle (exterior only) using spray gun with colour as specified and directed by department. (it includes the cost of marking the veh class and ge(s) in white letters with logo of deptt as directed by engr-in-charge) removing unsv wiring and rewiring of head lights, indicator light, horn dash board com fete. running board necessary place denting, setting, welding, refitting and touch up painting complete. checking, greasing and refitting including supply of the following items- (a) rear&front wheel seal-04 set b) taper roller bearing inner-02 nos c) taper roller bearing outer-02 nos dismantling the following defective parts and replacing the same with new one:- a) caliber kit b) gear box bush c) main connecting bearing (d) gasket set complete repair/over hauling of suspension jack up of vehicle and dismantling /remove suspension of engine and repair/replacement of following defective spare parts:- (a) remove rear bushing kit both side and replace the new rear bushing kit (both side)-02 sets (b) remove front bushing kit both side and replace the new front bushing kit (both side)-02 sets (c) remove the four the rod tie rod end (rear and front both side) and replace the new tie the rod end-04 nos labour charges - ls re-assembling all the dismantled parts after repair/replacement, and testing the vehicle for smooth run all as per satisfaction of engineer-in-charge and shifting back to mt yard. total quantity :
