bids are invited for repair, maintenance and installation of plant/ systems/equipments - industry unit; substation; service provider - boq and tentative estimate for attending leakage in 145 kv sf-6 cb of cb782 63mva-11), bay, cb787 (160mva-ii lv side) bay at 220kv s/s sec129, noida and 132kv dmrc-1 bay at 132 kv substation sector-45, noida under etd-i, noida - to attend sf6-gas leakage of following 145kv sf6 circuit braker at 220kv s/s see129 noida & 132kv s/s sec45, noida 1 (a) to detect pole leakage by sf6 gas leakage detector by extracting sf6 gas from pole units by help of sf6 gas extraction plant and keep it into empty sf6 gas cylinder, dismentling of all top covers from pole units and opening of fixed contact chamber from pole units. cleaning of all fixed & moving contacts, polishing the contacts and applying micro carban grease on contact surface. replacimg pole top cover o-ring p-170n( if required), absorbant and re-fitting the same. adjust closing and tripping coil plunger gap after cleaning and apply vaccum in all poles by help of vacuum pump upto specified value and check no loss of vacuum.
