bids are invited for custom bid for services - housekeeping work should undertake that they will perform sweeping, cleaning and gardening work of the academic building, hostels, office, mess area, store rooms and other building/areas within its premises at least twice or need basis in a day 2. sweeping, and cleaning of the entire area and surroundings of the campus and collection of all waste materials/garbage and disposal of the same as per instructions of the jnvs authorities. 3. cleaning of the floor area with wet floor dusters and detergent/ disinfectants etc. regularly as directed by the authority. 4. sanitization of dormitories, school building, mess, office and other buildings as directed by the jnvs authorities. 5. cutting of bushes and grasses inside and surroundings the campus. 6. spraying of flit/anti termite treatment & rodent control etc. are to be made regularly and whenever necessary for keeping the hostels, mess, classrooms, office etc. free from mosquitoes, flies, termite/pests/rats etc. 7. cleaning and washing of toilets, bathrooms and urinals using deodorants, detergent, phenyls and disinfectants twice a day and on need basis as directed by the jnvs authorities. 8. sweeping and cleaning of sewer line, sewer chambers within and surroundings the vidyalaya campus. 9. sweeping and cleaning of open areas, passage, lawns, within and surroundings the vidyalaya campus. 10. regular dusting/cleaning of rooms & office furniture (table and chair) and equipments i.e. fans, electrical fittings, window panes and glass cleaning, telephones, book cases, filing cabinets, amirahs and doors and removal of cobwebs academic building, hostels, office, mess area, store rooms and other building/areas every day or as directed by the competent authority. 11. gardening and watering to plants. 12. engaged personnel will behave in decent manners with students and staff of the vidyalaya 13. in case of any emergency, the engaged personnel will have to inform the principal/vice- principal/os immediately and service provider/outsource agency also. 14. other works and duties assigned by the jnv authority total quantity :
