tender for round the clock operation and maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment of booster pumping station under panihati municipality for 36(thirty six) months.- 1 round the clock operation & minormaintenance ofthe pumping stationwith adequate number of workingpersonnel for each month as per direction of the eic. 2 for the period of first year 3 for the period of second year 4 for the period of third year 5 checking of all the mechanical parts and preventive maintenance of all pump machinary as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of the eic. (twice in week) 6 for the period of first year 7 for the period of second year 8 for the period of third year 9 checking of all the electricalparts including battery bankand preventive maintenance of all pump machinary as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of the eic . (twice in week) 10 for the period of first year 11 for the period of second year 12 for the period of third year 13 supervision of all the staffs & look-after the entire pumping station to ascertain the overall condition of all the electro-mechnical equipment and conveying the same to the eic or his authorized representative and to carry out the instructions given by them within the stipulated time frame.(twice in week) 14 for the period of first year 15 for the period of second year 16 for the period of third year 17 supplying of the following consumable materials for minor maintenance of all the electro-mechanical equipment. 18 gland packing(6mm) 19 supply of grease 20 indicating lamp for panel only 21 hrc fuse links (rating: 2a-16 a, ) 22 hrc fuse links (rating: 32a, ) 23 rotary handle 24 supply of mcb 25 transformer oil 26 dehydration of transformer oil 27 din type hrc fuse linkswith base. (rating: 63 a, ) 28 led tube fittings for 20w led tubes[make : - phillips or equivalent] 29 20w led tube [make : - phillips or equivalent] 30 110 watt greenline v3 street light fittings.[make : - phillips or equivalent] 31 led highbay luminaire 100 watt [make : - phillips or equivalent] 32 dismantling the horizontal split casing pump part by part by removing vacuum line, pump housing top cover, impeller and shaft, bush, coupling, bearing, sleeve, gland etc. after disconnecting the power cable and dismantle the impeller shaft assembly for detection of fault thoroughly if necessary. inspection and checking for finding out the damaged spare parts,minor rectification required and placing them in a safe position to make it ready for further any maintenance process as per direction of eic. 33 minor repairing & rectification of already dismantled components of pump andre-installation of the pump, other accesories to its original positionalong with newly supplied gaskets, s.s fasteners etc by making proper allignmentbetween the pump shaft and motor coupling after necessary adjustments within permissible limit, making re connection of thevacuum line& others& commissioning the system completeas per direction of eic. 34 cleaning of the pump house & the equipment including supply of consumable like soap, phenyl duster , mop etc.(once in week) 35 for the period of first year 36 for the period of second year 37 for the period of third year 38 cleaning compound premises of shrubs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed ( specific permission of engineer-in-charge prior to execution will be necessary)
