bids are invited for customized amc/cmc for pre-owned products - --; --; annual maintenance contract (amc); quarterly; no - e ot crane, 5 ton capacity e lectric wire rope hoist, 2 ton capacity electric wire rope hoist, 1 ton capacity electric wire rope hoist, 0.50 ton capacity e lectric wire rope hoist, 0.25 ton capacity amcs well as load testing of mhes. the service provider shall exclusively be responsible for smooth functioning of the hoists (including mechanical, electrical, electronics, instrumentations etc). accordingly, the bidder shall have to undertake following activities:  preventive maintenance  scheduled maintenance  breakd own ma intenan c e broadly, the above activities will include periodic inspection of various components & parts, cleaning, lubrication, partial / complete dismantling, replacement of worn out parts, attending breakdowns and finally making it ready for the trouble free operation. all the above stated activities will have to be performed at our works only. once in a quarter, service provider shall have to carry out the preventive maintenance of all hoists. further, as and when required by us, the service provider shall have to deploy at least 2 technicians for 3 days in every month, at our works. this is mandatory and non-compliance shall lead to appropriate action, including termination of work order. further, once in a year, service provider shall have to carry out the satisfactory load testing & certification for all hoists, in the presence of purchaser’s representatives. necessary arrangements for dead loads & all other accessories required for load testing, shall be in the service provider’s scope of work. hence, they should quote accordingly. total quantity :
