bids are invited for 1 excavation of pole pit ( pit size 1.152 mtrs ) and erection of 11 to 16 mtr tubular or rail pole with fixing of all type of brackets, shackle insulators, support angles, clamps with nut-bolt, stay wire with stay insulators & fixing of lights ( with concrete mixture 1 bag cement or mine gravel or sand, suitable nut-bolts on supply by contractor ) 2 excavation of stay pit grounting of stay assembly set ( size 0.432 mtrs in soft or hard rock or soil ) ( with concrete mixture with 01 bag cement or mine gravel or sand on supply by contractor ) 3 laying, sagging, stringing of rabbit conductor including jumpering 4 fabrication of angle. flat in shape of bracket / clam as per requirement 5 supply of stay rod assembly 1.8 mtr long, 1.50mm 16mm dia 6 dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper / aluminium over head conductor gi wire, arms, insulator etc as required 7 dismantling of pole, street light standarad / strut embeded in concrete foundation etc as required 8 providing and fixing of 6.6 kv lighting arrestor 9 providing chemical / mineral maintenance free earthing system comprising of copper coated earth electrode 3 meter length and 17.2 mm outer dia along with 25 kg earth conductivity enhancing back fill mineral compund for earth electrode to fill up the excavated earth and earth inspection pit etc as required 10 supplying and laying 25mmx5mm g.i. strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode including connection / terminating with g.i nut, bolt, spring, washer etc as required ( jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of gi nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm 11 supply of bolts, ms black hex head with hex nuts 12 supply of shackle insulator with hardware total quantity : 4340
