cleaning and checking of ceiling fans and various types of electrical fixtures in premises under jurisdiction of electrical works department (eastern suburb) 2023-24.-2 cleaning and checking of various size ceiling fans with regulator and down rods as per special specifications.(3,476 nos.) 3 cleaning and checking of single/dual 20/40 watts tube light fittings.(8,358 nos.) 4 cleaning and checking of shed lights/ street light lanterns.(1,098 nos.) 5 cleaning and checking of various size exhaust fans, wall fans, pedestal fans, blower fans and cabin fans.(938 nos.) 6 cleaning and checking of t.f. lamp sheds, bulk head fittings.(416 nos.) 7 removing, dismantling, cleaning suspension assembly of existing ceiling fan with new providing and fixing secondary support steel cable/ wire 18 swg thick (1.2 mm. dia) of suitablelength from fan hook to the fan motor with fixing arrangement complete as directed by the engineer. 8 replacing existing ceiling fans worn out rubber insulator with new one of existing size. 9 replacing existing ceiling fans cotter pin with new nut and bolt lock type washer, etc. with necessary modification to the existing fixing arrangement at both ends of the down rods. 10 replacing existing ceiling fans worn out down rods with new one of suitable size length and with new socket assembly threads etc. as directed by the engineer.
