purchase of mobile fstp na , purchace , 1. mobile treatment unit must be a mobile on-site faecal-sludge treatment technology 2. mobile treatment unit must be mounted on a truck to ensure mobility. the mobile treatment unit fitted on this truck must move to each location and to do faecal sludge treatment in the site itself 3. the mtu-treated septage effluent shall meet central pollution control board standards 4. treated effluent shall be used for secondary purposes such as gardening, irrigation, drain etc., 5. mtu should be capable of treating and emptying the septic tank waste from multiple locations if it required 6. mtu should have an operational capacity upto 6000 liters per hour 7. mtu shall be capable of treating septic waste upto 25000 liters per day 8. the technology should be capable of separating solid and liquid waste and the liquid to be treated on-site 9. technology should be approved / recommended by govt of india, mohua & jalshakthi abhiyan mission and from any reputed scientific organizations / agencies in india 10. startups are also encouraged to apply for tendering 11.at the time of tender evaluation, the bidder should submit the details of license / ownership of mtu 12. the company / firm / bidder should have demonstrated this technology in atleast 5 locations specific requirements 1. septage must be pumped from the household septic tank to the treatment system through a screening mesh 2. mtu must have a suitable technology for the solid and liquid separation 3. mtu must have the capability of treating liquid waste safely. the liquid waste should be treated atleast with three series of filters such as dual-media ( d–m ) , gac, mf, and uf filters before getting discharged 4.there will be an added advantage if the unit should have the capability to add chlorination system for the treated liquid 5. the ultra filtered effluent shall be discharged into environment or can be used for any secondary purposes, while only the concentrated solids are carried for further treatment. ? bidder should have the experience of having a technology to process and handle septage sludge if there is no fstp plants are available. this will be considered in amc as separate scope
