tender for comprehensive maintenance of 48 hp vrf air conditioning plant at afac coimbatore. ; 1 comprehensive maintenance ( once in a month ) of 48 hp vrf air conditioning system comprises of 3 nos x 16 hp outdoor vrf unit and ceiling mounted indoor units 04 nos x 8 tr, 01 no. x 6 tr and 01 no. x 4.5 tr including servicing / cleaning of indoor / outdoor units, cleaning of air filter and air outlet grills with a soft dry cloth, replacement of pvc drain pipe, checking and cleaning of inlet and outlet air tubing of indoor units of air conditioers, cleaning of condensing and cooling coils , ( use a vacuum cleaner to removedust from the air inlet ) , oiling tofan motor, cleaning ofcompressor etc, checking / replacement of air pipe thermal insulation, checking / dressingup of electrical wirings / circuitsetc wherever necessary to keep the air conditionerin good working condition all as specified and directed by the engr-in-charge. note: - ( 1 ) minor spare parts such as grease, oil, cleaning materials, pipe insulation, nut, bolts, washers, etc required for repair / replacement shall deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing shall be paid on this account. note: - ( 2 ) all t&p required for maintenance at height upto 7 metre shall be provided by contractor and nothing shall be paid on this account. this item rate covers attending to any number of breakdown calland labour charge is included for fixing any spare for smooth funing of the plant. 2 checking, cleaning, and adjusting of branch slector unit complete. 3 checking, cleaning, and adjusting of control device system including local control system and central control system for cooling / heating operation of vrf ac plant. 4 checking, of mounting anti vibration base of outdoor unit. 5 checking, and adjusting of air direction adjuster of outdoor unit. 6 checking, cleaning aluminium extruded square diffuser and sitout damper. 7 supplyrefrigerant gasr-410a including testing and charging complete all as specified and directed.
