tender for camouflage painting to certain bldgs in tech area at af stn nal; 1 taking down cement plaster up to 12 m height including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed. 2 m&l rendering 15mm in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces of walls and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 3 m&l rendering 10 mm in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick /concrete surface of ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 4 m&l preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling of chajja and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed. 5 m&l preparation of old decorated painted surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) including all cornicespilasters etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc incl washing, rubbing down and stoppingand applying one coat of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion in camouflage pattern as approved upto 12 m complete all as specified and directed.note: contractor shall procure 50% of exterior emulsionrequired for entire work of this item within 15 days of date of commencement of work and shall keep in safe custody as directed by engineer-in-charge for incorporation in the works. the tenderer shall keep this aspect in mind while quoting the rates. nothing extra on this account shall be entertained. 6 m&l for writing letter / figure (block, roman, italic or indian) n exc 30 cmon existing surfaces (incl retouching / repainting with black paint underneath) complete all as specified and directed. 7 m&l preparation of old painted steel roof and iron surfaces ofrolling shutters, steel gates , trusses etc of corrugated and plain roof sheeting over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflagepattern up to 12 m height complete all as specified and directed.note :- all necessary safety arrangements like rope, staging, safety harness etc shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible in to this account. the tenderer keep this factor in mind before quoting their rates. 8 m&l for repairing of rcc projection, chajjas, facia, bands, shelves, beams, rcc railing, balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose disintegrated portion 12 m height in any situation / floor (incl provn of supports, formwork and welding of reinforcement if required with wire mess of weight 3 kg/sqm and dubbing / filling withpcc (1:2:4), type b- 0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate , 15 to 25 mm thick after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm , finished even and smoothto desired shape and applying two coat of weather proof emulsion paint to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.note : unit rate of this items includes the cost of scaffolding , formwork etc and nothing extra shall be paid on account of variation in height. 9 m&l complete removal of existing treatment onwall surface and applying two coats ofweather proof exterior acrylic emulsion in camouflage pattern over and including one coat of primer of exterior grade complete all as specified and directed. 10 m&l preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion in camouflage pattern over and including one coat of primer of exterior grade complete all as specified and directed.
