term contract for artificer works at nsb-iii palam complex in the aor of age b/r navy under ge new delhi; to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions herein after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid mes schedule of rates 2009 part-i (specifications)and mes sch of rates 2020 part-ii (rates), together with amendments/errata issued upto bid submission end dateand general conditions of contracts (iafw-2249) together with errata no.1 to 20 and amendments no.1 to 49 forming part of tender documents, at the rates contained in the aforesaid mes schedule for the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender.
