( i ) engine oil tmgo 15 w 40- 7.5 ltrs. ( ii ) power steering fluid- 01 ltrs. ( iii ) break fulid -0.25 ltrs. ( iv ) coolant long life, make : castrol radicool- 05 ltrs. ( v ) distilled water ( for mixing with coolant ) - 01 ltrs. ( vi ) servo gem ( grease ) - 1.5 kgs. ( vii ) assy lub oil filter- 01 each. ( viii ) kit fuel pre filter / water seperator element- 01 each. ( ix ) air filter primary element- 01 each. ( x ) assy fuel filter element- 01 each. ( xi ) clutch master cylinder assembly- 01 set. ( xii ) clutch slip cylinder assembly - 01 set. ( xiii ) clutch pedal kit- 01 each. ( xiv ) clutch plates- 01 set. ( xv ) pressures plates - 01 set. ( xvi ) clutch release bearings - 01 set. ( xvii ) radiator hose pipe with clips- 02 each. ( xviii ) water body pump - 01 set. ( xix ) water body pump packing kit - 01 each. ( b ) labour required. ( i ) transportation of vehicle to civil workshop at tinsukia / dibrugarh for repairing / machine workshop from mohanbari - 01 job. ( ii ) fuelling of fluids ( engine oil, transmission oil, differential oil, coolant, distillled water, break fluid, servo grease ) complete after drain out old one complete - 01 job. ( iii ) replacement of worn out filters ( lub oil, pre filter / water seperator, air filter, fuel filter ) with new one and cleaning of cabin filter, tank receiver drier - 01 job. ( iv ) repair and replacement of worn out / damaged sapres ofclutch assembly ( clutch master cylinder, clucth slip cylinder, clutch pedal kit, clutch plates, pressure plates, clutch release bearings ) with new one and cleaning - 01 job. ( v ) overhauling of radiator assembly with repairs ( welding and brazing of damged fins ) and replacement of thermostat plug and radiator hoses with clips - 01 job. ( vi ) replacement of damaged water body pump, waterbody pump packing kit with new one - 01 job. ( vii ) taking out fuel tank and connected pipe lines for cleaning and refixing back to original position with all connections complete- 01 job. ( viii ) material and labour for repairing air leaking puncture tyres / tubes by removing from wheel mounting and refixing back to original position after finishing repair work complete- 03 job. ( ix ) wheel balancing all four wheels for smooth functioning of vehicle with standard parameters driven by the oem complete - 01 job.
