tender for provision of afff type - 3 foam for hangar no 06 at afs bidar ; supply and filling new foam afff type-3 tested and sealed in and inside the container of 200 ltrs capacity drums each or the foam must be brought within 10000 ltrs storage containers and depositing this foam containers at hanger no 6 at afs bidar. the foam must have parameters aqueous film forming foam ( afff ) 3% c6 ( fluoro surfactants ) , is:4989:2006 marked ul listed andas per icao level b, specification appearance clear yellow liquid, specific gravity 1.02± 0.03, ph value 6.5-8.5, viscosity<10cst, freezing point -2 degree celsius expansion >7.25%, drainage >2 min30 sec, including initial cleaning and removal of rust / dust for the existing containers located in the hangars.complete all as specified and as directed.notes :- ( a ) to procure the foam concentrate to be used on ‘aviation kerosene’ with the marketing of isi , ul listed and conforming to icao specification. ( b ) rates quote in the unit rate shall deemed to be inclusive of transportation ( c ) filling from drum to storage tank also inclusive in the above rate ( d ) leakage of the above tanks should be checked and if found should be rectified without any extra cost..
