term contract for artificiers work at cg dhq-4 and cgra rameswaram kochi, under age b / r ( cg ) kochi 8921 / e8; 1 toperform such services and execute such works covered under the term contract for artificers work withinat cg dhq-4 and cgra rameswaram kochi area upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the mes schedule during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the mes standard schedule of rates 2009 part-i ( specifications ) with errata / amendments 1 to 3 and rates contained in the mes standard schedule of rates 2020 part-ii ( rates ) and general conditions of contracts iafw-2249 ( 1989 print ) together with amendment no 1 to 49 and errata no 1 to 20 and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 of iafw-2249 ( general conditions of contracts ) . 2 notes: ( i ) bidder shall insert uniform percentage in green field in the 16th row under column 5 of this boq sheet. ( ii ) bidder shall refer and select the option excess ( + ) or less ( - ) available at the 16th row under column 4 of this boq sheet, to quote the percentage above / below / at par on mes ssr -2020 ( part-ii ) . ( iii ) amount inserted by mes under the column 5 against row-13 ( estimated cost ) and total amount reflected under column 6 &7 arefor reference only. being term contract, work is priced at rates given in ssr and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page. ( iv ) the quoted rate / amount at the 16th row under column 6 &7 are for reference only. the total amount of all work orders under this contract cumulatively shall not exceed the estimated cost of the work ie, 12.00 lakh.
