soil investigation for provision of sil/dil quarters approx 03 dus at inhs nivarini and provision of religious institute hall at ins chilka , ( a ) rate includes mobilization of tools & equipment from laboratory to site for conducting soil test with demobilization . ( i ) boring of 100mm dia bore hole in soil strata and extraction of soil as may be decided by the engineer-in-charge from the sub-soil strata 01 no bore hole depth 10m each . if the rock is met bore hole depth shall be as per is specification . ( ii ) boring in hard and soft rock using tc / dimond bit and extracting rok cores of nx dia . ( iii ) conducting spt at location as directed in conformity in all respect and supply / results thereof within ( 1 . 0 to 1 . 5m interval ) . ( iv ) collection of ds . ( v ) collection of uds .
