( note- all necessary materials shall be issued by the department ) , outsourcing of manpower and providing five nos of mazdoor / helper ( un-skilled ) for services for b / r works / maintenance of petty repairs and attend the day to day b / r complaints from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm which includes 30 mins of lunch break ( in case of exigency . / emergency the shift timing may be alterted as per the directions of the engr-in charge , the same shall be initimated to contractor at least a day in advance ) and to complete the assignments as per order given daily by the eng-in-charge in the area under ge jorhat , complete all as specified and directed by the engr-in-charge . ( note- all necessary materials shall be issued by the department ) , notes for srl item no . 1 to 4 ( a ) it is an express condition of the contract that tenderers are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum applicable as per policy wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender and other statutory requirement such as epf etc including gst as in force on the end date of bid submission . ( b ) tenderers are required to quote their rates upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place . ( c ) contractor will also provide suitable dress , protective mask and sanitizer to each operator and cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rates . the contractor shall also vacinate the workers at suitable time as per the state govt / central govt instruction and all cost of the same deemed to be borne by the contractor at no extra cost to the govt . ( d ) obtaining security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for manpower employed by him . ( e ) the manpower shall paid only for the days / shifts on which they are present and ahve attended the office . ( f ) if the employee found remain absent without prior intimation / permission of the department and alternate arrangement is not made by the contractor to provide suitable reliever the recovery at the double the rate quoted by the bidder shall be recovered from the contractor . attendance register ahll be maintained at respective complaint cells by jes and the workers shall report by due time at both arrival and departure time . late attandance without prior intimation / permission of the department shall be treated as absent . ( g ) the rate quoted by the bidder are deemed to include provision of all transportation charges , t & p , and all taxes etc . ( h ) the contractor shall pay to his workmen in their bank account and statement of bank account shall be submitted to ge for his verification while claiming interim payment .
