tender for repair / maintenance of central ac plant at air force hospital jaisalmer ; 1 notes: for item no 1 to 15:scope of work under this contract caters for complete overhauling of water cooled chiller machine of 300 tr of screw type compressor capacity including evaporator coil tubes, condensor coil tubes, compressor motor, expansion device etc complete all as directed and specified and finding out the defects / defective portion according to the appropriate methods opted by the oem ( i. e. blue star ) including thechecking of flow switch operation, finding out leakge of refrigerant or gas, compressor motor connection checks complete all as specified and directed. 2 m&l for disconnecting, dismantling, taking down burnt out chiller screw compressor motor of capacity 300 hp ( make hanbell ) and rewinding the stator using super enamelled copper conductor wire with same size, number of coils, number of turns / coils as per data acquired from the old burnt motor, including varnishing of two coats, drying using electric furnace the same transportation and assemblingits base and transporting the motor to the workshop and back as per the oem recommendation, refixing, testing on full load, commissioning the repaired motor including compressor motor terminals including greasing and oiling all as directed. note: the cost of the testing and commisioning shall deemed to be included in the unit rate qouted by the bidders. 3 supply and instal in replacement suction filter suitable for compressor of 300 tr chiller machine on motor side of make blue star all as specified and directed. 4 m&l for cleaning and overhauling with suitable media as per oem recommendations of compressor of capacity of 300 tr chiller machine at site complete all as specified and directed. 5 supply and instal in repalement compressor gasket and oring 1-2 mm makechampion blue star for chiller m, achine of acacity 300 tr complete all as specified and directed. 6 supply and instal in replacement discharge muffler filter make blue star suitable for compressor of 300 tr capacity chiller machine complete all as specified and directed. 7 supply and instal in replacement oil filter for screw compressor make hanbell suitable for chiller machine of capacity 300 tr complete all as specified and directed. 8 supply and instal in replacementrefrigerant eliminator filter suitable for chiller machine of capacity 300 tr make blue star complete all as specified and directed. 9 supply and instal in replacement electronic driver expansion valve of make danfoss suitable for chiller machine of capacity 300 tr complete all as specified and directed. 10 m&l for cleaning of the completechiller machine of capacity 300 tr with suitable means as per oem recommendations including nitrogen flushing etc complete all as specified and directed. 11 m&l for nitrogen pressure testing with nitrogen in complete chiller machine of capacity 300 tr with 200 psi hold pressure for minimum 48 hours after cleaning and flushingunder item no 9 above complete all as specified and directed. note: the cost of nitrogen gas and other material required for pressure test shall be deemed to beincluded in the unit rate qouted by the bidders. 12 m&l for dehydration with cold trapped of complete chiller machine ofcapacity 300 tr with suitable mediai.e. heaters as per manufacturers recommendation complete all as specified and directed. 13 m&l for vacuumizing of complete chiller machine of capacity 300 tr with 500micron or suitable means as per oem recommendation complete all as specified and ditected. 14 supply ( in company sealed cylinders of any capacity ) and charging refrigerant gas r-134 a for filling in chiller machine of 300 tr capacity complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.note : if the recharged refrigerant gas is leaked within 45 days of running of ac plant, the contractor shall recharge gas ( including supply ) without any extra cost to the department. 15 m&l for topping up / charging of compressor oil non freezing type in factory sealed containers ( as per existing grade and type recommended by oem ) complete all as specified and directed. 16 m&l for leakage repairingand blocking of leakageevaporator copper tube with copper / brass plug or suitable means complete all as specified and directed.
