survey and collect information of properties ( only buildings ) within bhadgaon municipal council limits, assist municipal council in preparing property analysis and report on surveyed properties submit and cooperate with municipal council in sketch diagram, geo-tagged photographs, case papers and other information samples of each property prepared during the survey by matching the information obtained at the end of the survey with the information contained in the municipal council register, identifying the unknown and double taxation properties, the present n.p. maharashtra municipal councils and nagar panchayats by scanning and computerizing the final data obtained by matching the records, tax assessment of the property under capitalized value or taxable value method as per section 112 and 114 of industrial civil act 1965 and sample no. 43 to assist the municipal council in preparing and printing the draft list. preparation and distribution of special notice under section 119, specimen no. 44 rule no. preparation of objection register as per 75 ( 5 ) , record of hearing proceedings on objections, printing and distribution of notices as per section 120, after final verification of tax assessment list by town planning department, updating of complete data in iwbp system, printing and distribution of bill under section 150 as well as to assist the municipal council in preparing records of the appeal process under section 169, issuing notices to the citizens and providing stationery for preparing the final assessment register of the appeal process etc. also to assist the tax department for 1 year of maintenance repairs and solving technical problems encountered in the iwbp.
