tender for u1 esp overhauling job during under ahp em stage1- 1 dry cleaning work.dry cleaning of esp starting from esp inlet duct to esp outletduct , all esp hoppers, gas distribution screens, all emittingelectrodes and collecting plates and other allied zones. 2 water jet cleaninghp water jet washing of total esp internal, including all hoppers, collecting plates, emitting electrodes and other allied zones at thetime of water washing if any chocking found in the hoppers, thechoking shall be cleared immediately. all arrangements includinghose and hp pump for the job will be in partys scope. 3 erm system.checking and rectification of emitting rapping system of all theesp fields thoroughly including housing bearing assembly checkingand replacement if needed. 4 crm system.checking and rectification of collecting rapping system of all theesp fields thoroughly. 5 support insulator system.replacement / repair & cleaning of support insulator and itsheater. 6 hopper heater.replacement / repair & cleaning of hopper heater. 7 gd screen.replacement / repair & alignment of inlet gd screen ( threestages ) . 8 anvil pads.replacement / re-fitting of anvil plate of the all the collectingplates of esp fields, if required after checking. 9 crm & erm systems.replacement / repair & alignment of rapping shafts, bearings, pin wheel, hammer assembly of all the rapping mechanism ( collecting & emitting ) , if required after checking for all espfields ( 28 no ) . 10 shock bar system.repair of shock bar and also the alignment of the shock bar. 11 baffle plates.refitting / repair of baffle plates of all the esp hoppers ( 56 nos ) thoroughly. 12 cerm & eerm gear boxes.lubrication of collecting and emitting rapping motor and itsgearbox. servicing / rectification / replacement of cerm / eerm gearbox if needed. 13 esp fields.after completion of aforesaid jobs, meggaring of each field to becarried out until it comes to its desired value. 14 tr sets.the entire transformer # rectifier units should be checkedthoroughly and cleaned body only including checking of oil leveland changing of silica gel depending upon the condition then.oc & sc testing ( 28 nos. ) of tr set . 15 hv safety bkrs.alignments of all the safety breakers, 28nos. ( 1 for each field ) should be checked & rectified. these must also be cleaned. 16 esp mcc panels.all the mcc panels ( 28nos. ) of esp fields & its incomerbreakers ( 12 nos. ) including 6.6 kv / 415v dry typetransformers ( three nos. ) to be cleaned & tightness checked. 17 suspension frame & i-beam.checking & maintenance of collecting & emitting suspension frameand i-beam of a-path & b-path. suspension point of collectingplate and emitting wire also to be checked. 18 esp manhole doors.inspection and repair of all manhole doors of a-path & b-path.all rope gasket change. 19 esp hopper liner welding inspection ( de-metering ) and repair of hopper walls / liner weldingby scaffolding of 56 number of esp hoppers. 20 guide vane.checking , repair / replacement and strengthening of guide vaneof esp inlet duct. 21 esp hopper acc checkingesp hopper ali probes & controllerschecking / calibration / replacement along with solenoid v / v , pu tube& connector checking , servicing and replacement if required. 22 shaft insulator system.replacement / repair & cleaning of shaft insulator and its heater 23 gap adjustment of all plates.through checking of collecting plates ( top to bottom ) andstraightening of all the collecting plates of 28 nos. of esp fields.gap adjustment of all the plates ( between the collecting plates ) ofall the esp fields. inspection and replacement of electrodes ( 1st, 2nd & 3rd fields having multipeaks and 4th , 5th , 6th & 7thfields having spring wires ) etc. field alignment. 24 fixing / repairing / realignment of cefixing / repairing / realignment of collecting plates at suspension pointand shock bar portion of esp fields as per requirement.
