annual contract for regular cleaning of power house area including optional job of u-1 to u-5 of bktpp , power house cleaning ( boiler , turbine & auxiliary equipments ) of u#1 to 5 , cleaning of boiler pent house top with air & cleaning of buck-stays in each floor/tier of boiler by scrapper then with air , cleaning of coal dust from column pocket of mill bay by scrapper then with air , cleaning of coal dust by scrapper then with air from walkways of coal bunker surroundings adjacent to power house situated at just below 22 . 5 mtr . level , profuse leakage oil recovery to oil drum then shifting of oil drum and pouring to a suitable place . cleaning of oily area/ place with bunyon cut piece , cleaning of debris from the unit on emergency condition , cleaning of coal dust from cable tray thoroughly in cable spreader room & shifting those material to designated place . , cleaning of stg-ii mill rejection bunker and its accessories , walk ways and pipe rack from mill torejection bunker with air / water . , waste oil recovery from drain and shifting / storage to proper place , foreign material ( ferrous & non-ferrous ) removing from any coal bunker in any unit , coal arch breaking and liner plates condition checking in any bunker of any unit . , pocking & hammering of any coal bunker in any unit , when coal flow will be restricted due to jamming or formation of rat hole and this type of job is to be carried out during running condition of mill . , measurement of oil level by dip-stick in hfo tank 1 & 2 and ldo tank 1&2 in the first week of every month and in case of additional requirement as and when required . , gst as applicable will be paid extra on production of proper documents
