work for replacement of of 11 kv / 33kv vcb, replacement of damaged 11 kv xlpe cable and erection of pole in long span and other work under summer plan 2022-23 ( business plan ) in jurisdiction of e.d.d.-iv, goverdhan, mathura.-= 1 carriage of 8.5 mtrs. long pcc pole from 132 kv store center mathura to site of work through the kacha and pakka road including the work of its loading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, t&p, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. ( distance 00-70kms. ) 2 carriage of line material i.e. conductor, g.i. wire tpmo stay rod, disc insulator, cross arm, angle channel and other required material from store center at 132 kv substation mathura to the site of work including loading and unloading of material at both ends. 3 carriage of 11 kv xlpe cable size 3x300 sq.mm. cable form store center mathura / agra including cost of shifting of drum from inside of store, removing of cable from drum and re-rolling of extra removed cableincluding loading & unloading at both ends. 4 erection of single pole structure on 8.5 mtrs long pcc pole including fitting of all relevant accessories as per respo norms. 5 erection of double pole structure on 8.5 mtrs. long pcc pole by digging of pits. opening and fitting of all relevant accessories as per respo norms. 6 earthing of poles by fixing earthing rods and binding with earth wire as per standard norms including cost of labour t&p and required material for such work. 7 installation of stay set with grouting and nuzzling etc. as per respo drawing / norms along with all routine material to be used for such works. 8 laying, sagging and stringing and jumpering / binding etc. ofnew &old acsr weasel conductor in 11 kv / lt lines as per respo manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour, t&p, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work 9 laying of 11 kv xlpe cable size 3x300 sq.mm. in the trench / g.i pipe / hdpe pipe and re-dressing of trench after laying of xlpe cablefor proper completion of work as per direction of supervising engineer. 10 grouting of pcc / st pole in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand and brick ballast as per standard norms, including cost of all grouting material. 11 fixing of 11 kv cable indoor jointing kit of size 3x240 / 3x185 sq.mm including removal of insulation, semi-conductor of the cable end and filling of cable box complete work as per direction of supervising engineer. 12 fixing of 11 kv cable box of size 3x300 sq.mm including removal of insulation, semi-conductor of the cable end and filling of cable box complete work as per direction of supervising engineer. 13 safe loading of 11kv v.c.b. in store center at 132 kv s / s mathura with the help of crain / hydra machine including all accessories complete. 14 carriage of the new 11kv v.c.b. from store center at 132kv s / s mathura to 33 / 11 kv s / s anyour in mathura district as per direction of supervising engineer. 15 safe unloading of 11kv v.c.b. at 33 / 11 kv s / s anyour with the help of crain / hydra machine including all accessories complete as per direction of supervising engineer. 16 opening of all connection of 11 kv existing panel ie. busbar, wiring of each panel including cutting of earth strap with the help of gas cutter as per direction of supervising engineer. 17 opening of existing cable from existing panel to shifting of panel as per direction of supervising engineer. 18 removal of old damaged / brunt 11kv v.c.b. from control room to outside of control room including opening of all connections ie cable, earth flat and bus bar as per direction of supervising engineer. 19 very carefully shifting of 11kv v.c.b. panel from outside of control room into the control room as per direction of supervising engineer. 20 installation of 11kv v.c.b. in control room at 33 / 11kv s / s anyour with grouting and making all connection ie. bus bar etc. as per direction of supervising engineer. 21 re-fixing of cable in panel including filling of cable box as per direction of supervising engineer. 22 earthing of v.c.b. panel / power t / f by the chemical earthing as per direction of supervising engineer. 23 carriage of 11kv damaged v.c.b. panel from 33 / 11 kv s / s anyour including loading and unloading of panel at both ends as per direction of supervising engineer.
