providing various facilities between 5th december 2024 to 7th december 2024 for mahaparinirvan din-2 road side weed cutting/trimming & road marking with white paint at gorai jetty road to essel world jetty including labour, tools & plants, transportation charges, as directed by engineer incharge 3 supply and installation of banners at various places of various sizes for mahaparinirvan din. 4 hire charges of barricading with clothing on rental basis with installation & all maintance, shifting as per low & high tied atborivali jetty, gorai jetty and q manegment in front of gorai jetty & pagoda 5 supply of labour (40 labour per shift) 6 sitc of cctv cameras system on hire basis with required coverage, all required accessories, proper fitting, all time support staff and hand over backup in data storage devise to bmc as directed by engineer incharge. 7 erection of search tower with serch light at gorai jetty & borivali jetty on rental basis including fitting, removal etc. (2x3days) 8 temporary arrengement of mandap & pa system, fan, table, chairs, stage, light, as directed by engineer incharge. 1)borivali jetty, 2) opp pagoda, 3) near pagoda parking, 4) opp pagoda for anuyayis 9 supply of packed biscuits of reputed brand. (parle/britannia/sunfeast).
