repairs and maintenance to escape gates of sizes 1.4x1.4 mtr / 1.5x1.5 mtr.- 20 nos atpaithan right bank canal of jayakwadi project dist beed.complete job including cost of material, labour, sundry & labour welfare cess etc- 1 dismantlingof stem rod, hoist & skin plate by gas cutting and refitting of same of escape gate - 01 no. 2 straightening of stem rod ofescape gateby using hydraulic press machine, with machinery charges. 3 manufacturing and supply of new stem rod 50 mm dia 3 mtr long with flange for bottom piece 4 cleaning of square threaded and v- threaded portion of stem rods by cleaning agent and applying m. p.grease to threaded portion of escape gate-1 no. 5 manufacturing and fitting new stem nut - 1 no. and thrust bearing - 1 no.toescape gate. 6 manufacturing of cast iron wheel of escape gate including cost of material, machining and labour charges. 7 manufacturing and erection of hoist foundation / platform for raising operation level from ismb 150 and flat 50x10 mm at cr4 8 manufacturing and erection of hoist frame / stool for 2 gatesfrom 10mm plate and 20 mm base plate and hoist thrust bearing housing cover plates provision 12nos of gate from 8mm plate 9 manufacturing and supply of gate leaf assy to replace old damaged gate leaf of escape gate 10 providing and applying anticorrosive coal tar black paint confirming to is 290 - 1961 double coat i.e. primary coat & secondary coat to surface of all parts. 11 provision of wedges top and bottom 10 sets each and 10 mtr ss seal plate 40x6 mm at missing place as per required places
