service assistance to r and d department in cpcl providing service assistance to r and d department for a period of twelve ( 12 ) months at manali refinery of cpcl , service assistance activities like assistance to r&d officials during start-up / normal operation and shutdown of pilot plant units , co-ordination for gas cylinders shifting within the r&d buildings and also from ware-house to r&d , gas cylinders connecting and disconnecting jobs at the r&d labs and pilot plant , sample collection from various plants in co-ordination with r&d personnel and operating team , liquid nitrogen collection from ref . iii sru , providing mechanical assistance for petroleum testing labs / special instruments labs / catalyst lab and pilot plant etc . , co-ordination with despatch section for sending and receiving letters , collection of r&d materials from stores and west gate 2 ( materials receipt gate ) , samples collection from qc lab and process engineering , handing over of letters and ioms to various sections of cpcl , housekeeping activities in the r&d labs , glassware cleaning and sample bottles washing etc . , assistance in shifting of gas cylinders within r&d buildings and assistance in collecting liquid nitrogen within r&d buildings and as per the direction of engineer-in-charge in addition to the scope of work as mentioned above , providing services as per item #10 as above in general shift hours ( 0800 to 1600 hrs . ) from monday to friday regularly and on saturdays for exigency works with two numbers of skilled manpower . , service assistance activities as per #10 as above during non-office hours ( i . e . after 16 . 00 hrs during monday to friday and sundays and cpcl declared holidays ) , providing services as per item #30 as above
