tender for foundation work for sculpture inside csl - earthwork in excavation by mechanical means ( hydraulic excavator ) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains ( not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan ) , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, dewatering, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil, within a lead of 2 km. 2 providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix of m25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work for the foundation; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, portland pozzolana / ordinary portland / , admixtures in recommended proportions as per is: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing, etc. rate is inclusive of cost of cost & conveyance of all materials of concreting, strutting formwork, tools & tackles, labour, other incidentals, etc. complete in all respect. rate is inclusive of placing, positioning & erecting csl supplied 110mm dia and approx. 8.5 m long ss solid rod including providing support to the member, propping, checking verticality, aligning and positioning at required location and other incidentals. ( reinforcement work is covered in separate item ) 3 filling available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 4 providing and laying pcc work 1:3:6 using 20mm nominal size broken metal including cost and conveyance of all materials, centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork, labour for mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of reinforcement. rate is inclusive of cost and coveyance of materials including cement, labours, tools & tackles, semi-smoothening the surface and other incidentals. ( item is for paving full area & pcc below the foundation. ) 5 supplying, fabricating and placing in position of reinforcement of grade fe500d or more to size and shape including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for uncoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, binding, lapping or welding, etc. complete.
