maintenance including daily on and off operation of electro-mechanical equipments of fountains near ashoke malhotra cricket academy within rabindra sarabar, kolkata-1 daily attending and switching on & off for all pump motor set and fountains at any predetermined time as per direcvtion including rectification of faults repairing of minor faults, replacement of fuse wires, cut out, wiring in panel replacement of contractor units, mccb and other necessary spares for different type of fountainsas per direction and satisfaction of eic. the works includes routine maintenance & attending breakdown as and when required. 2 other than attending / inspection, all other electrical works for smooth o&m including re-winding, over hauling of pump motor set, checking and replacement of panel / starter items, supply & delivery of spares e.g. nozzels, lamps and accessories, wires, cables, contractor units, timer units etc the ratewill be followed as per schedule of rates of electrical works kmda ( part-i, april92-93 ) with amendments by e&m sector, kmda, pwd schedule of rates ( 2017 or currenly published ) , schedule of rates for electrical-mechanical works ( volume-1 ) of ud govt. of west bengal and as per rates approved by the competent authority of kmda time to time as per direction of eic.
