manufacture and supply of marine duty electrical equipment for roro vessel for wbtc ltd. manufacture and supply of marine duty electrical equipment for roro vessel of wbtc ltd. as per technical specification, mentioned on section - c of niet. , main switch board quantity – 01 ( one ) set ( sld drg. swl-roro-e-02, rev.00 sheet no. 8 to 14 off 24 enclosed ) the board should comprise of 415v, 3 ph, 50 hz as well as 230v, 3 / 2 ph, 50 hz section for control and distribution of the system on board. non-conducting hand rails in front, construction shall be such that the board will be of ip44 protection ( as applicable for in-land operation ) . main cabling and maintenance work including removal / replacement of components would be performed from front side and suitable for marine application. the panel board will consist of 2 ( two ) separate compartments for 2 ( two ) sets of d.g’s as well as shore supply also to incorporate into the panel. all internal cables to be used for lfh type standard of suitable rated / graded. cable entry from the bottom of the panel accordingly the gland plate ( detachable ) to be provided. all meters to be analogue ( 96 x 96 ) m size, reputed make. single line diagram in respect to short circuit calculation ( sheet no. 8 ) and circuits ( sheet 9 to 14 ) are enclosed for ready references. , transformer bank: quantity – 01 ( one ) set ( sld drg. swl-roro-e-02, rev.00 sheet no. 20 ) the enclosure of transformer bank in sheet metal with ip-22 / 44 ( as applicable for inland operation ) , drip proof type with louvers on sides to facilitate the air circulation. the 4 ( four ) in nos. transformer units of 2.4 kva, 415v / 230v, 50 hz including spare units to be installed in a complete enclosure keeping adequate distance with separation in between each other. the transformer core should of crgo steel, copper conductor, insulation class-b, vector group: delta-delta-zero. a separate fuse link box to incorporate in primary and secondary terminals to facilitate the use of spare units with changing the fuse links only.
