(rate will be incuding of all taxes) , condensate drain piping supply, installation, testing and commissioning of insulated pvc condensate drain water piping with bends reducers tees, supports etc. the insulation shall be nitrile rubber as per drawings. (rate will be incuding of all taxes) , 25 mm (with 6mm insulation) , 32 mm (with 6mm insulation) , supply, installation, testing & commissioning of cu flexible control cable 3c x 1.5 sqmm. , miscellaneous items: , supply, testing and commissioning of above systems including topping refrigerent gas as per site requirements. refrigerant shall be environmental friendly r410a gas. (rate will be incuding of all taxes) , supply and testing of n2 pressure gas charge with proper flushing and leack test of all ref-copper pipe including joints. (rate will be incuding of all taxes) , supply, erection, testing & commissioning of electrical power cabling (with copper core) and distribution works. (rate will be incuding of all taxes) , comprehensive annual maintenance contract. (amc will include = service charge + visit charge + spares cost, complete) contractor have to maintain the installed air-conditioning system on their own for 3 years. during the amc period contractor will be solely resposible for proper functioning of the entire air-conditioning system. if any problem arises they should be capable to resolve the issue/issues within 16 hours from the time of raising any such complaint/complaints. amc will be applicable after completion of 1st year of comprehensive brand warranty.
