providing and installation of e-toilet at various places for kallam muncipal council tq kallam dist osmanabad , providing and installation of e-toilet ( s . s . model ) for following features: 1 . body built up of cold rolled steel ( crs ) with stainless steel 2 . coin validator / access control through switch 3 . pre flush , auto flush , automatic platform cleaning 4 . led indicators 5 . voice guidance 6 . display boards 7 . in built water tank of minimum 225 lit capacity 8 . gprs connectivity 9 . ease of installation , functional description: a . e-toilet has to be placed on basic civil / metal construction base . the unit should have an indian style closet , health faucet , lights , status display & instruction boards , etc . as the case may be water tank of 225 litre capacity shall be erected on top of the toilet unit . the tank should be connected to the three flushes ) pre flush / platform washing / after use flush ) in the unit . there will be display light outside the toilet unit , which shows wheather the unit is occupied indicating with red light or unoccupied indicating with green light . the user should be able to enter by inserting coin in case of pay per use etoilet or press the switch for free access etoilet and close the door manually , similar to a conventional toilet . upon entering the toilet , indoor lights should be switched on automatically . pre flush system shall wet the closet initially . toilet flush shall be activated using a manual flush cock provided inside the toilet . even if the user forgets to flush after useage , the system willautomatically flush afterthe exit . exit from the unit should be complete manual . an automatic floor cleaning mechanism should also be provided through which the floor should be clean automatically . the floor should be activated either through a push switch or programmed to function after a specified usage . the etoilet should be integrsted with several electronic interface technologies but should not having complex electronic interface for the common man . the electronic systems should be purely utilised for effective management of the e toilets . b . e-toilat should be connected over a gprs network , which ensure real time monitoring of the usage and health status of the etoileta . this should be viewed and managed over a web interface for insuring minimal downtime and standardised maintenance operations . a dedicated team of service engineers should attend to technical trouble shooting of the etoilets , sewage treatment unit:- e-toillet should offer comprehensive solutions for sewage treatment . with the help of a bio digester of an anaerobic treatment system . , note:- rate schould be quoted inclusive of all taxesadn charges .
