hiring of desktop. laptop. printer and its peripherals/mu -1 of 2022-23 hiring of desktop, laptop, printer and its peripherals for milan utsav 2023. , supply, installation and technical support on hire basis of the following computers & other accessories , 1.for mela office from 8th february, 2023 to 16th february, 2023 (for ten days): • 4(four) no. of desktops (specification- intel i3/i5 processor, 250/500 gb hard drive, 4/8 gb ram, keyboard, mouse, windows os). • 4 (four) no. of ups 600va • 4 (four) no. of laptops (specification- intel i3/ i5 processor, 250/500 gb hard drive, 4/8 gb ram, keyboard, mouse, windows os) • 2(two) no. of printers with cartridges • 4(four) no. of printer cum scanners withcartridges • 8(eight) rim of a4 size papers. , 2. for job fair on 16th february, 2023 (for one day): • 25 (twenty five) no. of laptops (specification- intel i3/ i5 processor, 250/500 gb hard drive, 4/8 gb ram, keyboard, mouse, windows os), • 25 (twenty five) no. of printer with cartridges, • 10(ten) rim of a4 size papers , •1(one) high speed scanner • 2(two) no. of printer cum scanners with cartridges. , 3. for the career counselling from 10th february, 2023 to 16th february, 2023 (for seven days): • 10 (ten) no. of laptops (specification- intel i3/ i5 processor, 250/500 gb hard drive, 4/8 gb ram, keyboard, mouse, windows os) • 10 (ten)no. of printers with cartridges • 1(one) scanner • 10 (ten) rims of a4 size paper , 4. two numbers of manpower for hardware support of the provided computers & other accessories will be deployed at the mela premise from 7th february, 2023 to 16th february, 2023. the deployed persons should remain present at mela premise from 10 am to 8 pm. they should work under the strict guidance of the nodal person to be informed in due course. , 5. additional cartridge of supplied printers are also be supplied by the selected agency.
