execution of extension of shamgarh suwasara micro irrigation project on “turnkey” basis comprising of lifting water from existing kilgari pump house of shamgarh suwasara micro irrigation project with 12250 ha irrigation in tehsil garoth and shamgarh of mandsaur district as depicted in detail in the map attached with tender document and delivering water for irrigation at farmer’s field up to approximately center of 5 ( five ) ha chak, with a duty of 0.33 lit / sec / ha maintained up to 30 ha chak and discharge of minimum 10 times the specified duty of 1 ( one ) hectareat 5 ( five ) hectare and at least 25 meter residual head at each field for micro pressurized irrigation ( drip / sprinkler ) without exceeding a total power requirement of 5.5 mw for 12250 ha area. two no. of bays are provided in existing kilgari pump house for installation of vt pumps. transformer, switchyard, and ht transmission line supply of existing shamgarh suwasara micro irrigation will be used for this project.the work includes all activities required such as work of survey, planning, design, drawing, estimation, land acquisition / purchase, preparation and obtaining all statutory clearance / approvals, shifting & reinstallation of existing h.t. and l.t. electrical lines, telephone lines, water supply lines etc., supply, installation & testing of suitable pumps and motors with related electrical components like panels, cables, vfd etc. including regulation and control of complete system by scada; construction ofrising mains, gravity mains, and all inline structures including nallas, valleys, highway & all other roads, railway & gas pipe crossing structures and with all clearances from the respective authorities; supply & fixing of miscellaneous accessories of pump houses, rising mains etc., construction of underground pipes for main and distribution network with metering system up to 30 ha chak for culturable command area;preparation of temporary and permanent land acquisition cases, preparation of all relevant documents for forming of water user association of command area and training, capacity building of farmers of command area including all other miscellaneous works related to entire project as directed by the engineer in charge during construction, commissioning of entire system; the workincludes defect liability period for 60 months and management , operation and maintenance ( mom ) of complete commissioned system ( mom ) for the period of 60 months after completion. mom period is further extendable for another period of 60 months .
