tender for mechanical and related reapair work at ncccm / barc, hyderabad; 1 aluminium partition removal & refixing works: 2 from ncccm canteen, aluminium ( al ) partition framework along with double door and glass fixtures measuring 15 ft × 10 ft ( l × h ) should be removed. al frame and double door should be shifted to workshop. the door part with glass fixture measuring 6 ft × 10 ft ( w × h ) and frame part with glass fixture measuring 6 ft × 6 ft ( w × h ) should be fixed at ac plant entrance. the remaining frame part measuring 10 ft × 10 ft ( l ×h ) should be fixed at workshop sitting area. care should be exercised during work execution and if any damage occurs during removal and shifting the same will be replaced by the contractor. 3 supply and fixing of wash basin: 4 corner ceramic wash basin with a size of 1 ft × 1 ft, fitted with 0.5 inch ss pillow cock tap along with braided supplying and suitable flexible draining pipes should be supplied and installed at men’s toilet of utal building. 5 fixing of wash basin: 6 ceramic wash basin with a size of 22 inch × 16 inch should be fixed and 0.5 inch ss pillow cock tap along with braided supplying and suitable flexible draining pipes should be installed at outside area of workshop. 0.5 inch sized gi pipe line measuring around 3 running meters with bends and unions should be routed up to the wash basin. 7 supply and fixing of new wash basin: 8 food grade quality ss sink with a size of 22 inch × 18 inch x 9 inch fitted with 0.5 inch ss pillow cock tap along with braided supplying and suitable flexible draining pipes should be supplied and installed at kitchen of ncccm canteen. 9 supply and fixing of faucet: 10 ss body health faucet assembly of 0.5 inch size with short neck of 1 m length and spring action handle should be supplied and fitted to 0.5 inch water tap at toilets of administrative building. 11 supply and fixing of soap solution dispensers: 12 ss soap solution dispenser of 250 ml capacity should be supplied and fixed in toilets of bapm& sub- station buildings 13 water connection to washing machine: 14 0.5 inch, cp coated brass tap should be supplied and fixed to the existing gi pipe and pvc flexible pipe from tap to machine should be fixed. 15 terrace water proofing: 16 cement chips from cracked and damaged area should be removed and penetrated roots should be cleared. water seepage should be arrested on terrace of bapm extension and substation buildings by properly mixing the chemicals with cement and applying on the leaked surface area of 22 sq ft. 17 supply and fixing of gate valve for water tanks: 18 brass gate valves of 25 mm size should be supplied and installed at draining points of pvc water tanks located at terrace of different buildings of ncccm. 19 supply and fixing of gate valve for water tanks: 20 brass gate valves of 40 mm size should be supplied and installed at inletpoints of pvc water tanks located at work shop & sub-statiionbuildings of ncccm. 21 supply and fixing of float valve for water tank: 22 float valve suitable for water tank of 1000 l should be supplied and installed at substation building. 23 supply and fixing of float valve for water tank: 24 float valve suitable for water tank of 2000 l should be supplied and installed at workshop building 25 water tank and pipe line removal: 26 pvc water tank with a capacity of 2000 l and its gi pipe line networkshould be removedatworkshop & sub sation buildings 27 water tank, pipe line removal and shifting: 28 pvc water tank with a capacity of 2000 l and its gi pipe line network in substation building should be removed and the tank should be shifted to dg area. 29 water tank shifting and placing: 30 pvc water tank with a capacity of 2000 l should be lifted from ground floor to terrace of workshop building and placed on existing cement pedestal. 31 water tank shifting and placing: 32 pvc water tank with a capacity of 1000 l should be lifted from ground floor to terrace of substation building and placed on existing cement pedestal. 33 soil excavation and backfilling: 34 at substationarea soil from a volume 2 ft × 2 ft × 40 ft of ( d × w × l ) should be excavated for 40 mm sized pvc water line at work shop side. after completion of the pipe line laying work, the soil should be backfilled in the excavated area. 35 at work shop soil from a volume of 2 ft × 2 ft × 20 ft ( d × w × l ) should be excavated for 40 mm sized pvc water line at sub-station side . after completion of the pipe line laying work, the soil should be backfilled in the excavated area. 36 soil excavation and backfilling: 37 at utal side soil from a volume of 1 ft × 1 ft × 40 ft ( d × w × l ) should be excavated for 40 mm sized pvc water line. after completion of the pipe line laying work, the soil should be backfilled in the excavated area of utal building. 38 soil excavation and backfilling: 39 at work shop back side soil from a volume of 1 ft × 1 ft × 20 ft ( d × w × l ) should be excavated for laying telephone line and the soil should be backfilled in the excavated area, after completion of the pipe line laying work. soil from an area of 2 ft x 2 ft ( l × w ) should be excavated for man hole construction and the man holes measuring the size of 1.5 ft × 1.5 ft should be constructed with bricks and plastered.the man holes should be covered with 1 ft × 1 ft ci plates. 40 supply and fixing of cpvc pipe: 41 40 mm sized cpvc pipe suitable for 2000 l pvc water tank should be supplied and should be tapped from 4 inch underground fire hydrant pipe line. after completion of the tap work, the line should be laid and routed properly to pvc water tank placed on the terrace of workshop building. 42 supply and fixing of cpvc pipe: 43 40 mm sized cpvc pipe suitable for 1000 l pvc water tank should be supplied and should be tapped from 4 inch underground fire hydrant pipe line. after completion of the tap work, the line should be laid and routed properly to pvc water tank placed on the terrace of sub-station building. 44 supply and fixing of cpvc pipe: 45 25 mm sized cpvc pipe compatible with 25 mm gi line should be supplied and the line should be laid and routed properly to fire hydrant pipe line.
