term contrct for b & r works of hq igar east at srikona. term contract for b&r works complete as per cpwd specification 2019 and directions of engr-in charge.eastimates prepared requisition wise as per reqirement:-estimates based on dsr 2021 with to be add 6% addl gst on estimated amount ( total 18% ) , mv 38.09% and ( epf & esic ) 3.938%. to perform under term contract such work on the term and conditions and delhi schedule of rates 2021 together with errata / amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender decuments as may be demanded and are enumerated in the aforesaid standard schedule of rates period of 09 months from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid delhi schedue of rates 2021, add 6% add gst on estimated amount ( total 18% ) , market variation 38.09% and add ( epf & esic ) 3.938% of dsr-21 rates and such the other rates as may be fixed under the contract agreement.notes:- ( i ) the bidder have to select the option excess ( + ) or less ( - ) avaliable at the cell of boq to quote the percentage above or below on delhi schedule of rates 2021, add 6% addl gst on estimated amount ( total 18% ) , market variation 38.09% and add ( epf & esic ) 3.938% of dsr-21 rates respectively.
