supply of pillow cover for third ac coaches conforming to specification described below : 1 ) size 66 x 41 cms + border of 2.5 cms, all four sides with interlocking to be provided, over and above the basic size of 66 x 41 cms, thus resulting into an overall size of 71 x 46 cms. 2 ) material conforming to variety no. 12, is 745 : 2003 or latest revision / amendments. 3 ) screen printing of central railway, mm / yy ( month & year of manufacture ) in english & madhya rail, mm / yy ( month & year of manufacture ) in hindi, in two longitudinal ( along length ) strips, 1.5 cms wide in bright blue colour. the strips should be 10 cms away from the longitudinal side of the pillow cover. 4 ) each pillow cover should be stitched by cotton thread of variety 12 as per is : 1720 / 1978 or latest revision / amendments. the stitches should not be less than 4 nos. per cm. border of 2.5 cm should be provided with interlocking.
